At 18:35, after receiving the report, the command center of the Fire Rescue Brigade of Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City arrived at the scene at 18:38 to carry out rescue. Relevant leaders of Shijiazhuang City and Luquan District immediately rushed to the scene to direct the rescue. The video screen shows that the top of the archway was blown off by the wind, and building debris was scattered on the ground. Only a few large plaques with “Hebei Taitou” remained on the top, and it was still raining at the accident rescue site.
